NaNoWriMo 2023: Day Two

Much better second day. I have completed a chapter of 2258 words on this book. The progress is slow but steady. I'm trying to make up some lost ground. It might take a day or so given the low first-day total. 

The key was to get an earlier start in the day. It's clear that writing later in the day increases the odds of not getting enough done for the day--at least for me. 

Not much else to report at the moment.
