Update: A New Book In The Works, Another Later, And More To Come

The past several weeks I have been working on various freelance projects as well doing preliminary planning and work my second book project. I have been given another tremendous opportunity to contribute to a special story. In fact, there are several stories represented in the coming book. It is a story of young men who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. It is a book I will talk about more in the coming months.

The second book project is another local story. I have the opportunity to produce a second book with my co-author Ken "Cruiser" Gentrup. It will detail his time and experiences coaching the girls basketball team who went on to become the Indiana state champions in 2002.

Both projects are slated to cover most of 2011. It is a great step in a new direction for me. I have wanted to be an author and I am getting that chance. Plus, I do enjoy helping others get their stories out in a readable form. That's just a part of my love for books I think.

I am hopeful about the prospects of adding more books to my list of projects. I do have others, even works of fiction, that I hope will see the light of day.
