For the last few weeks it has been relatively busy around here. I can't complain. I'm happy to be working. I've found a combination of clients that are helping me diversify my income more and I have also been doing well with the launch of Heaven's Point Guard: The Kirk Gentrup Story. The book is the second publication for my small publishing company, Founders House Publishing. I was fortunate to be the co-author. As such, I've enjoyed the experience of book signings.

New Writing Projects and NANOWRIMO
The feast-or-famine nature of freelance work is still in full swing. At this point, I have the fortune to be in the midst of a modest feast cycle. I have a number of projects that will need my attention. Most of them are small articles with clients I've worked with in the past. I appreciate the repeat projects. They get me at least part of the way to my goal each month. I'm sure many of you can relate to that if you are working writers.
