Updates: What's Coming Up

There are so many things happening right now that have some relationship to my business as a writer and a prospective small publishers.  All of my focus is on those tasks that are related to these two entities.  This blog is but one facet.  I have others I'm working on right now.  I have projects that are due and I am preparing for the release of the flagship title for my publishing company, Founders House Publishing.

It's been a long road getting it to completion.  I am hoping to share this wonderful book with all of you since it is something that relates to me.  You see, this is a book that my father wrote, a memoir of his experiences as a family researchers.  Echoes From The Past: A Memoir Of Family Heritage details the events of more than a decade or interactions with the ordinary people (and distant cousins) he met and his amazing relationships with country music legends like Johnny Cash, June Carter Cash, other members of the Carter Family, Merle Kilgore, and Hank Williams Jr. to name a few.

I will also say that this blog (and the business I'm building around it) is also a serious priority.  It's my hope that I will be able to add great content and share more of my life and thoughts on freelance writing - and writing in general.  I also may share with you the goings-on over at Founders House.

So What Else Is Coming Up?

In the coming weeks, I plan to deliver even better posts for you, my readers.  I have an interview with author and freelance writer, Thomas Hollowell.  His book, Allah's Garden, is doing rather well on Amazon.  I've personally read the book and I would recommend it for anyone who wishes to learn more about the little-known conflict that has been raging in Morocco for decades.  His narrative combines the facts of the conflict with the story of one doctor's harrowing captivity and the author's own experiences in the north African country.

I will also be reviewing certain books and eBooks that have caught my attention.  One of them is by Lynn Viehl.  Her book The Way Of The Cheetah focuses on helping you become a more productive writer.

The trouble I'm having is trying to arrange things and provide you with something new every week.  I have so many ideas that it is sometimes hard to choose one.

Please stay tuned.  Also, don't hesitate to contact me or leave comments.  I welcome the interaction with all of you.
